SpaceX has announced plans for Starbase, Louisiana—a massive new Starship spaceport expected to feature at least 10 launch pads. The company hopes to begin construction in 2027, conduct its first launch in 2029, and eventually support an extraordinary Starship launch cadence.
Meanwhile, preparations for Starship Flight 14 are accelerating at Starbase, Texas. Booster 21 completed an approximately 15-second static fire involving all 33 Raptor engines, while Ship 41 has returned to the Production Site after completing its own static-fire campaign.
