Watch as SpaceX launches a batch of 24 Starlink satellites to low-Earth orbit aboard a Falcon 9 rocket!
Liftoff for the Starlink 17-45 mission takes place from Space Launch Complex 4 East (SLC-4E) at Vandenberg Space Force Base in California.
This mission features a heavily flight-proven Falcon 9 first-stage booster making an incredible 25th flight! Following stage separation, the booster will return to Earth for a precision landing on a SpaceX droneship stationed out in the Pacific Ocean. Residents in Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, and Ventura counties may experience one or more sonic booms during the flight, depending on weather conditions.
These satellites will join SpaceX’s rapidly expanding low-Earth orbit (LEO) constellation, delivering high-speed, low-latency internet to users across the globe.
